At Farakwear, we offer Return and Exchange.
Exchange Policy
- You are eligible for an exchange if the product doesn't fit as expected.
- the exchange window of the product is 15 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- With original tags
- Packed in the original box
- Accompanied by a payment receipt or proof of purchase
If your desired size is unavailable, you can:
- Choose an alternative product of the same value, or
- Opt for store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be:
- Unused and unworn
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Free from any signs of wear or damage
- Returns will be accepted only after a quality check and confirmation by our team.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
International Returns
- International customers must arrange return shipping on their own.
- Shipping charges for international returns will not be covered by Farak.
Refund Options
Once your return is approved, you can choose from the following refund methods:
1. 100% Store Credit
- Receive your full order value as store credit
- Lifetime validity
- Can be used on any future purchase at Farak
2. 95% Refund to Original Payment Method
- 5% of the order value will be deducted towards shipping and handling charges
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
Important Guidelines
- Return and Exchange window: 10 days from the date of delivery
- Mode of return: Self-shipping (Customers must bear return shipping costs)
- A Return and Exchange request must be raised with us before sending any items back. Products sent without prior intimation will not be accepted.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return
- All the made to order/ customer sales are final. They wont be eligible for return or exchange

Damages or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We'll assess the situation and do our best to resolve it.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch, while the order is still in processing.
