Return Policy
At Farakwear, we currently offer exchanges only—no refunds.
- You are eligible for an exchange if the product doesn't fit as expected.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- With original tags
- Packed in the original box
- Accompanied by a payment receipt or proof of purchase
If your desired size is unavailable, you can:
- Choose an alternative product of the same value, or
- Opt for store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Important Guidelines
- Exchange window: 7 days from the date of delivery
- Mode of return: Self-shipping (Customers must bear return shipping costs)
- An exchange request must be raised with us before sending any items back. Products sent without prior intimation will not be accepted.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return

Damages or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We'll assess the situation and do our best to resolve it.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch, while the order is still in processing.
