Shipping & Returns
- All the orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours post reception.
- Delivery of the ready to wear products usually take 3-5 working days. However, custom and made to order pieces takes 5-10 working days.

- Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping
- Orders placed on COD will attract a charge of 149/-
- International orders
- Orders above 200$ are eligible for free shipping
- Orders below 200$ will attract a fees of $42-$45 based on the customers location
- International shipping rates varies on the basis of weight, dimensions and the countries import duties, where customers are ordering from
- Taxes and Duties depend on your Shipping Destination. VAT, Custom, and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be levied as per rules and regulations set forth by your government.

- We have an exchange-only policy at the moment; Customers are entitled for an exchange if they don't find the product(s) true to their size
- To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them. Products should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging box. You’ll also need the payment receipt or proof of purchase
- In case we don't have your desired size available, you will be entitled to choose an alternate product of the same amount or store credits will be issued to you which can be used within 6 months from the issue date
- Exchange window: 7 days post reception
- Mode of return: Self-serve; Customer needs to bear the shipping fees and send it back to the mailing address
- Please ensure to raise an exchange request with us prior to sending the products back, products shipped without raising exchange request will not be accepted

Damages and other issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours post-delivery if the item is defective/damaged/incorrect. We'll look into the situation right away and provide the best resolution.
- Reporting of defective/damaged/incorrect products post 24 hours will not be entertained
- Products that are dispatched from our end are not eligible for cancellation
- Cancellations can only be entertained if the order is still processing and not dispatched
