Mumtaz - Pant
HANDMADE
NO. OF HOURS INVOLVED: 10-12
The Pant holds a special place in Farak's collection, embodying the art of storytelling inspired by the poignant lines, "taj duniya ne dekha hai, Mumtaz ne nhi". It skillfully captures the essence of this enduring love tale in its distressed fabric, serving as a canvas for the passage of time and history. Adorned with meticulously crafted patches, including a hand-embroidered flower symbolizing love on the back and a blue patch reminiscent of the Taj Mahal's silhouette, the pant pays homage to the timeless romance of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz.
Crafted entirely from 100% Khadi cotton, this masterpiece proudly bears the label "Made in India". The intricate patches are expertly hand-block printed by the skilled hands of Hari Om Ji, a fourth-generation artisan from Jaipur. Adding to its allure, delicate hand-embroidered details are meticulously crafted by Moshraf Bhai, also from Jaipur. With hand-screen printed elements and digital patches, this pant is truly a work of art, celebrating the rich heritage and craftsmanship of India.
